Wheel Bearings
Wheel bearings are one of the parts that routinely wear out on the Boxster. With the car off the ground, check the wheel for any wobbling or excessive noise. Replace bearings in pairs. Tech Tip: Freeze the bearings prior to installation. The cold temperatures will make them shrink slightly and be easier to press in.
Manufacturer: SKF or FAG - Porsche OEM Suppliers.
The Boxster and Boxster S use the same front wheel bearings but the rear wheel bearings are different. Please select carefully.
